About
Youssef Mrini is a Senior Developer Advocate at Databricks, and one of the most-followed voices in its community. He started out as a data engineer, has been building on Databricks since 2017, and spent years in the field with enterprises before moving into developer relations.
He created NextGenLakehouse, a learning hub followed by 35,000+ data engineers, analysts and architects. It's where he turns each new Databricks release into hands-on tutorials, a podcast, and candid interviews with the people building the platform — across Lakeflow, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, AI/BI, Lakebase, Agent Bricks, Genie and MLflow. He speaks regularly at Data + AI Summit.
